Unlimited Remote Support (Reactive based support calls, reacting to basic monitoring system notifications)

Free Callouts (to locations based within 50km of Cursa head office, to a single designated office location

Instant Ticket logging System (Email: helpdesk@cursa.com.au)

Purchasing Assistance (Hardware & Software)

Annual Technology Plans (to detail what the current situation is, beneficial upgrades and hardware replacement schedules)

ISP Management (maintaining current ISP, dealing with ISP in case of problem with internet)

Web Host Support (if hosting is with Cursa)

3rd Party Vendor Management (for all technology devices covered in the plan)

Router Management

Antivirus Management

VPN Management

Asset Lifecycle Management

Asset Reporting (if client requires information about their asset’s)

Windows Server security, service and critical updates. (within Business hours only, service packs, feature packs are also included)

Backup Monitoring (if provided by Cursa or an agreed upon product under Cursa’s Terms of conditions) (must be able to send emails from the software automatically)

Application Patching within Business hours (on LOB applications, agreed upon during contract)
